[/size]palm springs rarely sees a day that's not sunny and it's temperatures reflect that. the summer days here are scorching, but the nights are even hotter. referring to palm springs as a desert paradise would be about right. the mountains that surround palm springs are beauiful and create it's very warm climate. and let's not forget about the film festivals held each year that bring in many celebrities. most that reside here were, at one point, mere travelers, led astray by palm springs pristine landscapes and its promise of a new start. but the city's current population is dominated by the richest of the rich, the most influential, infamous, or successful faces of the modern world. money is not something these people worry about; in fact, it's merely an object with which they can achieve whatever their hearts desire.
there is no respite from the dramatics here, especially not a brinton academy which was founded by one of the wealthiest actors today alexandre brinton. some only pretend to live the life of the glamorous, but the truly glamorous know exactly how to live life - endlessly pleasurable nights and days spent accumulating vicious secrets. of course theres enough secrets to spread around at allerton university as well which is home to the best liberal arts program in the continental united states. while many come here to spend their summers, the only ones who truly know the city's secrets are those who remain here year round. the peaceful community of palm springs isn't all too quiet, though, and misplaced trust could land you in much, much deeper than you bargained for. here in palm springs, you only know you've truly established yourself when you hear your name escaping everyone's lips. remember, be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it.
